I'm a photo-journalist, writing human interest stories, business profiles, event coverage, book and theater reviews, and the occasional investigative report for The Foothills Paper, a local newspaper in Tujunga, California. (see link under newspapers)
 
I've written a children's mystery book and a children's fairy tale (think "Princess Bride"), and "Kinko-published" them for my granddaughters. I've also written several serialized children stories.
 
I'm a member of Sisters in Crime, Mystery Writers of America, California Writers Club and Alameda Writers Group. I regularly post on Valleynews.com and AmericanChronicle.com. I'm a reviewer for Mystery Scene Magazine, Crimespree and The Strand Magazine.

I enjoy mysteries by Sue Grafton, Laura Childs, Earline Fowler, Sue Ann Jaffarian, Lisa Scottoline, Michael Connelly, Stephen White, Jonathon Kellerman and Aaron Elkins.

And I read children's mysteries by Wendelin Van Draanen, Blue Balliett, Andrew Clements, Ally Carter, Ron Roy, and Peter Abrahams.

Movies And TV Shows I Like:

LOST! Monk, Psych, The Mentalist, Bones, Law & Order, Survivor, Amazing Race, Leverage, Burn Notice, Castle (and maybe Kings) on TV. 

I love the movies; Ladyhawke, Princess Bride, American Dreamer, Moonstruck, American Treasure and The Chronicles of Narnia.
